The Santa Claus Oath Book was put into a time capsule on November 6, 2010 in a special ceremony at Santa's Candy Castle in Santa Claus, Indiana. Though the collection of signatures for the book has stopped, the Oath is still taken and used by Santa groups, schools, and organizations. The time capsule will be opened in the year 2035. The Santa Claus Oath Book is on public display at Santa's Candy Castle in Santa Claus, Indiana.
